Customers of DriverAgent.com agree to only use the purchased DriverAgent device driver update service on computers that are owned by them for their exclusive non-commercial use, and shall not be used on computers owned by other people or businesses. Use of the DriverAgent service is limited to ten (10) computers (or the number of PC’s covered in your purchase agreement), for a period of one (1) year which begins the day of payment. If you would like to extend your coverage (number of PC’s or length of membership) please contact the DriverAgent.com Support department: support@driveragent.com

The DriverAgent service cannot be resold or redistributed by any third party. Each customer will be provided login ability consisting of a Username (e-mail address) and Password. Under no circumstances is a DriverAgent subscriber allowed to share or distribute his or her Username (e-mail address) and Password with non-DriverAgent subscribers. By doing so, the DriverAgent subscription will be cancelled without refund. In addition, DriverAgent login information shall not be made public under any conditions.

Resubscriptions are non-refundable as they fall outside of the initial 30-day refund period.
