Once we receive and review your e-mail our staff will respond as quickly as possible
If you are contacting us regarding a scan with DriverAgent, please include the URL of the scan page with
your results, or the name of your computer, which can be found by right clicking on "My Computer" and selecting
properties. If you use an older version of Windows, the computer name can be found by right-clicking on "Network Neighborhood"
and then changing to the "Identification" tab. The image below is an example of where the computer name can be found:
